Performance & Review Coordinator (Criminal Justice)

Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse (STADA) are recruiting a Performance & Review Coordinator to be an integral part of a unique project which continues to achieve positive outcomes for victim/survivors of domestic abuse through and enhanced multi-agency response.   

The Impact Project is a multi-agency project in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and is designed to improve outcomes for victims of domestic abuse (DA) going through the criminal justice system. This is achieved through focus on improving the progress of cases through the criminal justice system, ensuring efficient and effective justice for offenders and fast, proactive support for victims.

The post of Performance & Review Coordinator will support the monitoring of DA cases through the Criminal Justice System, providing key performance data to the project partners. You will also be part of the Criminal Justice Team responsible for coordinating the Specialist DA Courts at Westminster Magistrates Court and the national Mentor Court Project.

The position will require you to work in partnership with police and IDVAs, as well as other partner agencies including CPS, HMCTS and Probation.

This is a part-time post requiring co-location within a central/west London police station (subject to Government guidelines and social distancing restrictions).

You will need to demonstrate strong data analysis skills and experience of presenting data in various formats.

A working understanding of the Criminal Justice System and how cases of domestic abuse progress through the system, including the key measures available to protect victims and hold defendants to account is also essential for this post.

 Salary:  £30,000pa pro rata .

 Contract: Two Years Fixed Term

 Working Hours: 17.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE)

 Benefits: 25 days holiday and workplace pension pro rata
