STADA’s Response to The Home Office DHR Consultation

The STADA DHR team has collaborated with our associate DHR chairs to respond to the Home Office Consultation Legislation. The Consultation proposes to amend the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 in line with the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. The Consultation additionally proposes to revise the DHR terminology to clarify that suicides fall under the scope of reviews. These recommended adjustments hold the potential to significantly influence forthcoming reviews and are a welcomed development in the DHR sector.
