We support professionals to confront domestic abuse with confidence.
We know that frontline staff in local services often find themselves confronting domestic abuse on a daily basis but can be uncertain about how to respond safely and connect survivors, children and perpetrators to the support they need.
We develop and deliver training to make sure that everyone can feel confident dealing with disclosures of domestic abuse safely and effectively. Everyone can play a part in ending domestic abuse. No one should feel that they are facing the problem alone.
We train between 400-500 staff each year.
The expert team at Standing Together Against Domestic Violence brings a broad range of experience in both operational and strategic areas of work to inform the development of our training courses.
