Standing Together Against Domestic Violence (STADV) leads the Pathfinder which is a partnership with AVA, IMKAAN, IRISi, and SafeLives and currently three sites which are establishing a whole health approach to violence against women and girls (VAWG). This Pathfinder Consortia brings together domestic abuse and VAWG systems leaders and pool expertise on interventions in primary, acute hospital and mental health trusts which will ensure the best response for all who suffer domestic abuse and VAWG and, those with multiple disadvantage and complex needs. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in supporting this ground-breaking, national initiative and to drive forward process improvements and capacity building.
As Project Manager you will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Pathfinder Programme working directly with the STADV National Health and Domestic Abuse Manager and the partners of the Consortium. In addition, you will be responsible for driving project outcomes, developing and tracking project plans, and updating key participants within agreed timeframes.
The post will be based in the STADV office and you will be required to travel within the UK to Pathfinder sites.
Salary: £32,000 including London weighting
